PUSHING ARTS IN NZ TRUST

Our purpose is to create an alternative art platform within the wider community of the Bay of Plenty region and other regions throughout New Zealand, by engaging with urban contemporary artists, businesses and the wider community to create opportunities to promote and support street art for the purposes of urban beautification, creativity and positive economic outcomes for New Zealand.

ART

Art brings people together, it builds connections with community and beautifies areas with colour, bringing bland walls to life; it invigorates communities and educates.

PAINT provide an annual Street art festival that involves Local and International Artists who paint large scale murals. It also includes pop up art exhibitions, workshops and a Youth mentoring program that are available free to the community. We collaborate with community organisations that are established in each region who are passionate about Art and community.

This year we plan to collaborate with Street Prints who organised Tauranga's first Street Art Festival 'Street Prints Mauao' and the YMCA in Christchurch who bought you Street Art Festival Spectrum.
